Robert and Annette Stagmer are the Apostolic leaders of Revelation 22 Ministries. They are Christian leaders, who for thirty-seven years, have been known as those who encourage, identify, train, and release members of the body of Christ into successful ministry.

Saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit during the Charismatic Renewal of the early seventies, they were placed in ministry at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church , serving as Praise & Prayer leaders for five years. There they helped establish 5 concurrently running seminars to help establish new Christians in the faith.

They founded Revelation 22 Ministries in 1976. Ordained in 1982,  they started and lead two Christian academies and a Church until 1989. They were on the leadership team of the Interdenominational Intercessors Network for six years before accepting the position of State Coordinators of the Strategic Prayer Network of Maryland under Prophet Chuck Pierce (AKA Spiritual Warfare Network and subsequently the Global Apostolic Prayer Network) which they served for an additional six years and are still serving in that capacity..

Currently they lead Revelation 22 Ministries which is an alliance of Churches and Ministries gathered to see the Kingdom of God established and maintained in the State of Maryland and beyond. Revelation 22 Institute identifies and trains charactered leadership for the 21 st century church.
