Baltimore's Prophetic Destiny (Redeeming Purpose) Written by Robert Stagmer 9/3/2011
HEALING – Baltimore has an extensive system of Health care, research and treatment. Two nationally known, world class Teaching and Research Hospitals as well as other world leading treatment centers show Baltimore's investment in Healing. However, Baltimore is know for the symbol of the CRAB. CRAB is the zodiac sign for CANCER. The Cancer rate for this area is very high as compared nationally. Cancer has been used frequently to disperse centers of Christian intercession. Miracle Healing will be demonstrated in Baltimore.
LEARNING - As evidenced by the large number of advanced learning institutions in the Greater Baltimore area, and thanks to the Maryland University system. Baltimore is a place of learning. It is important to note that many of these now secular institutions began as seminaries and places of Christian learning. Baltimore needs a return of Christ Centered learning.
NURTURING – Baltimore is to be a place of nurture. The enemy has distorted this through pornography and places like the BLOCK. A woman's body is for nurturing the young but has been distorted by a spirit of lust.
DISSEMINATION – Baltimore is a port city. A port receives and disseminates goods. Baltimore is a place to receive and disseminate the Gospel of the Kingdom.
REFUGE - Baltimore's defense of Fort McHenry saved our nation and gave us the Star Spangled Banner. Maryland Militia held the line (twice) against the British troops in the Revolutionary war saving the troops under George Washington's command. Washington dubbed Maryland the “Old Line State”.
Baltimore again will hold the line for the nation and is destined to be a city of refuge and be a place where the nation is protected from the ultimate enemy.
In light of the extensive Jewish population, Baltimore will also be a refuge for the Jewish people in the future coming persecution.
WORSHIP – Maryland's constitution states “...it is the duty of every man to worship God.” Baltimore is the home of numerous houses of worship. It is also the place of the beginnings of the Methodist church which was founded in disciplines of HOLINESS and sanctification. Look for New forms of WORSHIP to come out of Baltimore. Baltimore's destiny is a City of Worship.
REVERSAL – The Maryland seal that is used on all official documents is the reverse side of the two sided seal. It was prophesied that Maryland would reverse the unjust laws. Baltimore Lawmakers will reverse unjust laws and ordinances.
KINGDOM – These are all elements of the Kingdom. We need to get our eyes on the Kingdom Destiny of Baltimore and war for it.

WE ARE NOT PREPARED! We are in darkness and can only see what is in front of us.
Micro- Our selves, Macro-Our Church & Community, Mega- City & State
2011 – A year of confluence and revelation. Speaks of two or more rivers coming together and then moving forward as one.
a. Creates a new dynamic – Out of our innermost being shall flow rivers of living water – Which Jesus said, “LIVING WORD!”
b. Greatly multiplies the power – So much life and power!
c. Powerful Momentum – unstoppable
What God has joined together, let no man put asunder. The marriage of the rivers. We join our identities into a new creation, when Jesus is seen in the Kingdom. Jesus is coming for a bride not a harem – One bride who makes herself ready for her groom.
I saw fire on the clock. I knew it was a now time & I knew Holy Spirit is sending fresh fire for the church.
Kronos/Kairos times have intersected, It is the appointed time for Baltimore.
It is time for JESUS to be glorified in the Church of Baltimore.
Jesus appeared in a dual vision on Resurrection Day 2006,as Captain of the Lord's Host and wearing the Melchizedek high priesthood garment.
The whole City of Baltimore is to become a city of Philanthropy = Like the Enoch Pratt Free Library – “...freely you have received, freely give” - to the rest of the state, the country and the world. This will put down the spirit of competition..
Maryland has an identity crisis. When Jesus is our identity this crisis will be gone. If we lose ourselves in His will together, we will find our identity and it will be CHRIST IN US THE HOPE OF G:LORY.

Sexual perversion in the Church – must be cleaned up.
Things are going to change – Time is now
This is a time of supernatural release, a window in heaven is open.
We must work to break the stronghold of the Spirit of Religion.
Too many in the church believe in Jesus but do not know Him.
We cannot break the strongholds if we do not get into the Supernatural.
We are standing on a threshold of Kairos time.
Timing – a window of opportunity is open to the church.
Must discover the structure of false religions
Engage in urgent and fervent prayer
Deal with your greatest fears
We cannot shout down principalities and powers. Must undo the network.
Topple iniquitous strongholds by releasing the spirit of FEAR OF THE LORD.

If we do not war, we will not possess the inheritance God has given us.
The Lord is gathering his host. He summons His sanctified ones to Battle
We will see both stadiums filled with Spirit Filled Believers
GOD SAYS: I love you more than life. You are set apart as my temple. Worship is the Key as water covers the land. There is much power in agreement. Beware of the FATAL ATTRACTIONS – Sexual sins are worse than others. The greatest challenges in the church are sexual.

Steps to procede:
Define territorial responsibility and cooperation.
Identify strongholds
Repent - cleanse iniquities
Dethrone principalities
establish and occupy – Bless and serve
It is time for a new wineskin – The fullness of the Melchizedek Priesthood
RENEW THE COVENANT OF THE CITY WITH ISRAEL'S CITIES.
Cover all we do in worship.
What seems to be real is an illusion. The Church of Baltimore is under a veil – Take the veil off the city. There is no circumstance FROM WHICH GOD HAS NOT PROVIDED AN ESCAPE
The “Sword of Yeshua” is coming to Baltimore.
Baltimore is a blessed city – Awake the intercessors.
